Anyone who has oral herpes?
I was diagnosed with oral herpes on my chin about a year ago. Recently when I'm about to get my period, I get a pimple, which I fear is herpes, rather than a simple pimple. My assumption is because I was never prone to getting pimples at all, yet it seems after the initial herpes outbreak, I have somewhat 'bad skin'. Anyone have any ideas of what is going on?

You mean you are getting a facial pimple? Obviously it is normal sometimes to get pimples before your period anyway due to hormone fluctuations. but these fluctuations also affect your immune system and can trigger outbreaks of herpes before menstruation. So it could be a flare up of your oral herpes.
However, if it looks like a pimple, and bears no resemblance to your initial outbreak, it probably is just a pimple.
