I am thirsty all the time but not diebetic I urniate all the time and get cramps!

I am thirsty all the time but not diebetic I urniate all the time and get cramps in my legs at night .?

I am not on medication. nor do I eat herbs that may cause this.

Please see a doctor.....a good one. I had similar problems and went to a doctor who overlooked diabetes as being the problem....ended up in the ER. Of course, that was a long time ago. Some doctors aren't up on things.....so keep going until you find a good one. Constant thirst, frequent urination and cramps in your legs at night are all classic symtoms of diabetes......which can be controlled and is not the worst thing in the world to be diagosed with.

Please don't delay on being checked.
