I have my first pimple on my nose!!! I cant go around in public looking like this! how do i get rid of it!! :( and it hurts! help me thanks

You can try to dry out the pimple using a spot treatment cream, which is made specifically for this purpose. It will make the pimple shrink and become less noticeable, but it wont go away immediately. Don't apply it more than once a day, or the pimple may become irritated and actually get worse. No matter how badly you want to, DON'T pick at it or pop it. This will leave an ugly scar...sometimes you just have to wait it out.
Also, if your skin is dry, you might try washing it only once a day, because over-washing irritates the skin, causing pimples to happen in the first place.
