I have small blisters under the skin on my feet and hands. now were they are on my foot the skin is becomeing
dry and craicked i dont know what has caused this. they dont hurt they just itch. does someone know what this is. Or how i can get rid of it

Sounds like Palmoplantar Pustular Psoriasis. The little blister forms, then dry up making the spots a brown colour and then the skins peels. It can be very itchy and can become dried out which can crack and bleed. Keep the areas as moist as possible with any kind of moisturizer until you get to a doctor/dermatologist for a diagnosis and some appropriate creams.
There is a lot of information on the web about it, be careful not to be sucked into somebodys "cure" scam. There is no cure but it can be controlled.
