What sickness do I have? Please help.?!

Hey guys since Monday I've been really sick. When I walk I need to go slow and maybe put my hand on something and I've been having headaches, sore throat, dizziness, and I woke up in the middle of the night and threw up Tuesday. Recently when I'm laying down I feel like gravity is like 10x more than it is and I feel like I'm being pulled down. I feel almost fine at around 7pm-9pm then I start to feel sick again and I go to sleep and wake up feeling horrible/the same. My glands under my jaw hurt and the right one is swollen.
