What can i do about my loud and noisy snoring?
i just got promoted at work and now i work longer hours and it seems a little more stressful. i dont have enough time to take a nap and when i get home i eat dinner and go to sleep.i think i snore because i am so tired. in turn, my wife cant sleep very well because im "cutting logs" all night long. can anyone help?

You need to see a specialist in respiratory problems. My husband use to snore and he saw a doctor who prescribed him a machine that he uses at night and is wonderful. Now both of us sleep like babies. Good Luck!
