I HAD SURGERY 2 WEEKS AGO. I'M DOING GOOD BUT HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO. DO ALOT OF RESEARCH. I KNOW 4 OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD IT AND LOST FROM 128 TO 240.
NEED TO BE COMITTED TO LIFETIME CHANGE IN DIET AND EXERCISE. I'M ALREADY OFF MY DIABETIC AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS.
