Hi, im 39 weeks plus 2 days and i think i may have just lost my mucus plug. Sorry to be a bit gross for describing this but would like to know for sure if its it. It was a small amount of clear, snotty, slimy, stringy like substance. Is this it?

Yes this is it, Your gonna be a mammy very very soon. Mine went last week, my waters leaked first then I had a bit of blood with mine which made me panic, I have a beautiful little girl born last Monday. Good look not long now:)
