My heart skips a beat once while recently and I have no other pains or so. Why?!


Question:

My heart skips a beat once while recently and I have no other pains or so. Why?

I don't drink tea or coffee and I don't smoke. I eat well and sleep well. But I just can't figure out what could be possibilly wrong.
