I need help for artritis cuz my father has this kind of problem, sometimes he cant walk, thanks in advance?

I have arthritis in my right knee and lower back. I would talk to my family dr. and see what he could recommend. I started out on perscription naproxen an anti-inflammatory but couldn't take it. Then he perscribed voltaren and that worked great for 4 years until my body got used to it. Then he tried Ibuprofen and now I am on Meloxicam and I have been pain free for months. I also get regular exercise and watch my weight the less weight you carry around the easier it is on the joints.But as I said I would talk to my Dr. first. I still get a bit stiff first thing in the morning but once I get up and moving I am fine.
