when my bladder is full? The doctor says nothing to worry about, but I do not think it is normal.

Maybe the stress of a full bladder brings on the sweating. Try relieving yourself more often. Then your body won't feel the stress. It's not good to hold your urine for long periods of time anyway. Can cause all kinds of problems down the road.
