Scar, Help!?

i had a scar from a accident about 6 years ago. the doctor did not use stitch but some sort " glue ". the scar remains, about 3cm, around my forehead. Scar removal product dont seems to work as the so called " glue " act as a skin between the scar.The scar looked to fake and white. i hate it Is there any solution to it ? It had troubled me many years. afraid to let my hair up. therefore i had a long hair. And how much the solution would cost.

Plastic Surgery would be the best solution ?
How much would it cost for this kind of scar ?
And where can i do it ?

I greatly sympathize. Once thing I have used in the past that seems to work is Vitamin E. You get the capsules, make a hole and put the contents on the scar every day, religiously. It's greasy so you might want to use a towel on your pillow at night. It is also important to take a fairly high dosage of Vit.E three times a day. VitA from fish oils also helps with skin problems.
If you have Aloe Vera (fresh) that can help too. Be sure you eat a healthy diet.
