What is causing this sensitivity/numbness in my thigh?!

Question:

What is causing this sensitivity/numbness in my thigh?

My right thigh is very sensitive. It feels like a numbness, but it has persisted three days now. There is no swelling or bruising. No persisting pain. It is more annoying and troublesome than painful or concerning. It feels like every hair follicle on my leg is alive and over doing it when I am wearing any clothes. It hasn't respond to heat therapy or stretching. The muscle itself doesn't really feel sore, just really sensitive skin (but no rashes or any sign of infections).

Answers:

Could be a pinched nerve could be worse. I wouldn't mess around with this issue. You could have a blood clot. If it is then it can travel to your brain, heart or lungs causing serious problmes or death. This is not something to ignore. Go to the doctor or ER.
