What is this lump in my dads mouth?
my dad is 45 and has smoked since age 12, he has also done drugs in the past and has a poor diet. Recently he found a lump inside his mouth. It has been there for about a week but he wont go to the doctors or dentist or anything. What could it be?

You are in a very frustrating situation, Your dad does not have a very good history of taking care of himself. He sounds a bit stubborn. Do you have any other family members who might be able to convince him to change? There are many different things the lump could come from. Ignoring it, as you know is not a good idea.
