My uncle has trouble sleeping...please help?
he was better five years ago but a few weeks ago he suffered a remission.He cannot sleep at all.What can there be done about this?he has high blood pressure but other than this nothing else

Has he seen his doctor regarding this? Your uncle might consider looking up the side effects of his blood pressure medicine, in case this might be contributing to his sleep problems. In that case, maybe a different medication would help. Also, is his blood pressure really under control? Have him check this out with his doctor, too. If he has things on his mind that are keeping him awake, at night, maybe a little R&R or even a little vacation would be in order to help him get things in order. Of course, no caffeine products.
