Constipation,constapation not sure whats wrong?

i drink lots of water eat alot of fruits and eat vegetables but still i have difficulty shitting and if i **** i have to really really force it out and only little bit come out whats wrong??anyone can help

In addition to what you're doing now, be sure that you are drinking no less than 2-3 liters of water per day. Get more exercise or activity. This helps stimulate peristalsis, the rhythmic movement of the intestines. The minimum would be to walk at your normal pace 30 minutes a day or for 15 minutes twice a day. You may also need added fiber in the form of a supplement if dietary fiber is insufficient. Start with the lowest dosage to avoid bloating and increase slowly each week. Add docusate, a stool softener, for one week. You can buy it OTC. Don't overdo it, it's meant for short-term use. If you choose a laxative, don't over do that either. It's also meant for short-term or occasional use.

While constipation is usually caused by lack of or insufficient dietary fiber, insufficient water and a lack of or insufficient exercise, it can also be caused by some medications and by excessive iron in the diet, either from foods or from a supplement. If after reviewing your current practices and trying my suggestions you still have constipation, report it to your doctor. I don't know if your problem is new and temporary or one of long standing and chronic.
