i have a problem i have an allergy problem to vitamin e it makes me very itchy, tis there any cure besides staying away from it as i would love to use it but i cant get near the stuff without scratching the living daylights of the place it touches, please help :)

Actually there is different forms of it so dont worry especially since our body doesnt produce it naturally .. Try taking it orally and if you can make sure it has mixed tocopherols .. this is a non-oily form that may work better for you
