Try taking a supplement, 250 mg Magnesium Oxide tablet each day for a few weeks and make sure you are eating fish at least twice a week, or taking a good Omega-3 fatty acid supplement (keep these supplements in the refrigerator or freezer) three times a day. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid and ninety-nine percent of Americans are not getting enough of it in their diet. Don't use margarine... use butter instead... preferably organic butter from grass-fed cows. This will have omega-3 fatty acids in it. When you eat eggs, try to eat eggs that come from free-range cage-free eggs. These will also have omega-3 fatty acids in them. Avoid junk foods, sugar, HFCS, candy, soft drinks, cakes, pastries, highly refined sugary cereals, cookies, highly processed foods, and fast-foods. Try to eat whole natural foods so your body can get the nutrition it needs. And even if it turns out that your symptoms are anxiety related, a magnesium supplement helps reduce anxiety. Anxiety can be a symptom of a magnesium deficiency. The American Heart Association recommends you consume between twenty-five and thirty-five percent of your calories from fat at a range between 50 and 70 grams of total fat each day. Make sure you are getting enough "healthy fats" in your diet. Good fats are from sources such as free-range cage-free eggs, organic butter from grass-fed cows. cold pressed 100% pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Walnuts, avocados, Virgin Coconut Oil, organic peanut butter (with palm oil), etc.

It could be panic attacks or mitral valve prolapse or other things. If it's panic attacks, learn about cognitive behavioral therapy, panic usually comes after negative thinking you are not even aware of doing. Also eat every few hours including a protein. Stay away from sugar and caffiene like it's the plague. Panic attacks usually include a lot of accompanying anxiety before and after and it sounds like you don't have that. If it's panic attacks DON'T LET THEM MEDICATE YOU. The same medicines that help them for a few days end up causing them after a few months and you'll never get off.

It may just be anxiety causing a panic attack. You do have to be checked out by a doctor so they can monitor you for a couple of days. I cannot say for sure what the problem is but panic attacks can cause what you are feeling. Whatever it is, it can be prevented.

You May Have Tachycardia. It's Basically A Hole In Your Heart. It Isn't Dangerouss, As Long As You take Care Of It.

Hmm. You should ask your doctor.
