Well depending on your original hair color you can use henna but you don't want your grey too orangey either I am sure. So you would need henna along with indigo. Indigo will help you achieve brown to red tones when used with henna. SInce you are allergic this is the best way to go. Visit also this forum www.longhaircommunity.com, it's really good !
