yes, you can kiss her, in fact, www.cdc.gov recommends no special precautions for monogamous sexual contacts. HCV is spread predominantly by IV drugs or by inhaled drugs like cocaine, or heroin. It is VERY LIKELY that your girlfried tried this at some point. Much less likely is transmission at birth from mother to baby or by transfusion (none reported in this way since 1994).
