Pins and needles feeling in one leg at nite.56 and just started cymbalta. doing !
Question:
Pins and needles feeling in one leg at nite.56 and just started cymbalta. doing okay with the worst of meno.?
It is an odd feeling. What do you think nurses and docs?
Answers:
If it is only at night, it may be a compression on a nerve. Is your mattress too hard and your weight is pressing on a hip? Do you sleep on one side?
Is the pins and needles feeling "all over" the leg, or just down the outer side? If it is just down the outer side, it is even more likely to be pressure from lying on a nerve.
Usually a less benign (serious) nerve problem such as from a disc, diabetes, thyroid problems, or something else will be CONSTANT and not only at night. That makes me think lying down has something to do with it.
Also, how is your blood circulation? It is also possible to be blood circulation that is worse to the leg when lying down.
