This is what is next for life.
There are 4 key steps to controlling glucose levels :

1) EXERCISE- Walking is fine but Nordic Walking is Great. Exercise also lowers Glucose levels , lowers Cholesterol and lowers Blood Pressure. Google it.Exercise is Non-Negotiable !!!Thats why it is Number 1 on the list.
2) Knowledge- http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/index.ph… This is a great site for info
3) Meds. Metformin to start. Never , ever take Actos or Avandia. They may kill you. Bone fractures, heart problems and what diabetics really don't need is that they change Bone Stem Cells to Fat Cells. Also never ever take Onglyza or Januvia . They can can inhibit the bodys immune system and let cancer spread.
4) Diet- A low carb diet is in order. I can't count carbs so I use Mendosa's Glycemic Index Diet. Great for the whole family. http://www.mendosa.com/gilists.htm

These symptoms can mean nothing, you need to wait until you get your test results back! You seem so worried, calm down.

call 911 you got dia.....................................…

The next step for you is to quit asking this on Y!A. You're not going to get any useful answers here other than "go see a doctor", and apparently you're not willing to hear this.

go see another doctor. Have them check it out by running tests. Sometimes, it's best to get a second opinion. While doing that, change your diet. Use Splenda as a sugar substitute. Invest in foods that are sugar free and healthy and do plenty of exercise. Also find out if your family has a history of diabetes.

I know what you're going through. My mom has diabetes since 2009. When it first happened, she got sick, felt weak, constantly thirsty, frequent bathroom visits, all the same symptoms you discribed. So when she went to the doctor by appointment, she got a blood test. Doctor said that she's alright. But days later ,she was immediately to the emergency room when she felt weaker while returning the local clinic to pick up a perscription from her doctor. She was hospitalized for a couple of weeks, that's when me and my family first found out that she has been diagnosed with diabetes. My mom is doing alright now. She's on a sugar free diet, taking her meds regularly and exercising on a daily basis. If it hasn't been for the fact that I have a family history of diabetes that went on medical record, the series of tests would have taken longer perhaps days or weeks to find out for sure. Our family doctors knows about our medical history, but she failed to tell my mom what it was, even though my told her what the systoms were when she was sick.

That's why second opinions are important, if you're not satisfied with one doctor's opinion or disagree with it (sometimes tests can be read wrong), ask another doctor to examine you.

I haope this information will help you.
