i had sex with this guy,22 years old, about a week ago and i dont even know him cause i met him in a club. i was so drunk that i dont' even remember how he managed to get me to his house. then i think we had sex and he did use a condom but he did give me oral sex for a while. i wonder what my chances of getting hiv are.

The real issue here is sexual behaviors. HIV is everywhere (geographically) and condoms only provide a certain amount of protection.
