i have real bad acne what remedy or product should i try and i have tryed pro-active it doesn't work

Answers:
1. I would go to the dermatologist immediately and ask about different prescription medications like differen gel, antibiotics etc. If that stuff doesn't work, I would ask about accutane...its harsh stuff and would only use it as a last resort.
2. Wash your face twice a day with cetaphil gentle face cleanser (the liquid one, not the bar soap). Moisturize after washing... in the day time use one with sunscreen like Anthelios or Purpose and at night use one without like Cetaphil moisturizing lotion.
3. Change pillow case often, as bacteria and dirt is on it and can get on your face.
