Greyish green stools for 2 days?!

Question:

Greyish green stools for 2 days?

Hey, i'm 16years old and i notice i had greyish-green stools since yesterday.
It isn't alot though, only once perday. I've had constipation for a while, now and recently i have tried to increase my fibre intake and fluid. I ate manadrins, grapes, spinach & apples... and other vegetables.

Could the increase in fibre be the cause of my change in stool colour? Or is this related to my constipation? .. i'm trying my best to change my diet.. but now my stool is ggreen and i don't know what to do.
I've also been stresseed lately being year 12. Please HElp.

Answers:

No doubt it is the new diet, especially the spinach, but keep eating it, you are doing the right thing. Be sure you also drink plenty of water. Milk and wheat are foods that cause trouble in the bowel and the skin, so you may want to avoid those. Look up living foods or raw foods, also silent celiac and milk allergy online, there is a lot of info and support. A lot of fresh fruits, veggies and fiber will keep you from getting diabetes, cancer, or other serious diseases. And, a good diet lessens PMS and lowers stress! Good luck in your senior year.
