What is the story on CoQ10?!


Question:

What is the story on CoQ10?

I've seen CoQ10 talked about quite a bit but I cannot find any hard information on if from someone that's not trying to sell it. Is there any solid, unbiased information on it? I have CHF and it sounds interesting but some things can do more harm than good. Has anyone taken it had had results, good or bad?

I went and got a bottle. I took one 100mg yesterday and didn't sleep at all until 6:30AM. That could be an ugly side effect.
