Left scar in my arms?
Hello everybody.I wonder what kind of vaccination i have before.When i was young my teacher gived me a injection in my arms.I dont know what type of vaccination is that.I also always saw it.Most common student from Philippines. Specially from public school.I have a small scar in my arms.I dont have any records of my medical history.I hope someone can answer my question here..Thank You Arlene

I suspect your scar is the result of having had a BCG innoculation. If you are older, your teacher (school nurse?) probably vaccinated you for smallpox. BCG scars are usually quite small and smooth while smallpox vaccination scars are much larger and rough looking. Perhaps your school administrator can provide you with a record of your immunizations.
