i need to know what and when to eat. I work out , and dont mant to put 20 kg in fat if you know what i mean

you need to eat small meals about 6-8 times a day. make sure some meals are big and heavy. eat after you workout and make sure you eat a big breakfast with eggs and milk and maybe a pancake to make it a heavy breakfast. keep working out and eat a lot of protein like eggs, tuna, steak, chicken, ect. protein builds muslces and make sure you get lots of rest, body builds on rest days not workout days...hope that helps
