Gross and embarrasing question - Could someone give me some good advice please?

Ok this has been going on for serveral years now and if I don't find a solution to my embarrasing problem, I think I'll probaby go mental in a few more years. Here's the situation, I'll explain from the very beginning :
I was working at a fast food place at 20 years old & I'd been there for about 6 months, then I started to get these weird health issues. First thing I noticed I became chronically constipated and no matter what I did, it started happening everyday. It got to the point that I felt miserable upon awaking and felt like I couldn't / didn't want to go to work, but I did becuz I needed the money. Next my skin dried out severly. I mean it felt like sandpaper and it got really really bad under my arms. The skin even turned black under my arms & I'm light colored. I continued going to work. Next I started getting sharp pains on my lower right side under my ribs. The pain was bad & would sometimes last a couple of hours. I had no insurance at work so I - Please read on below

I was saying I had no insurance at work so I continued to go to work, this time to try and save up to get some good health insurance so I could find out what was going on. The embarassing & final health issue I got was bad body odor. I knew I had bad b.o. becuz alot of my co-workers let me know it. One of my co-workers let me know it very rudely too. One day during work, she blurted out in front of everyone that was in the restaurant - "Well at least I don't smell like butt!" And then she turned and looked at me. Actually everyone did. I was really embarrassed & felt really ashamed too. After that embarrassing day, I started taking up to 3 showers a day. I switched soaps and deodorants frequently to try and find one that worked on getting rid of the bad b.o. but nothing I tried worked. On top of that I started getting stressed out from all my health issues. I started to have anxiety & eventually quit my job. The pain was fixed w/ gallbladder surgery but body odor is still there

If you are eating the fast food, this could explain alot of your problems. You may also be having an allergic reaction to something at your work. Also black armpits is a cause of diabetes. You may want to get checked for this.
