my son who is 15 had these little pimples that are the color if his skin (they sort of look like little bumps but i am sure they are pimples) i thinkthey are from sweat but they wont go away...he also gets pimples on his back sometimes...how do i prevent this...he is very clean and showers daily

splash face with hot water(open pores) then wash with neutrogena face cleanser(gets rid of oil dirt blackheads makeup and acne) then splash with cold water(close pores so that more bacteria cant get in).. once in morning and once at night..
i do this all and my face is really clear
(proactiv doesnt even work this fast) my sister uses it and mine is clearer than hers
