How do you cure sun poisoning? Besides shots?

I am just getting over this. I had some steroid cream and it helped a lot. I also took antihistamines which also helped w/ itching. I read to use this on-line... I asked my doc about the cream and she said that was a great idea... I happened to have TRIAMINCINOLON and it did do the trick!
I imagine if you have any steroid cream you could use this, just not on your face!
Try the antihistamines- they helped the itching,
Also try and stay out of the sun until it is cleared up!
I had to add the fact that warm water will make it worse!
