hi my girlfriend some how got gentile warts so she says, but its not from me, is it possible for her to get it natuarlly or does it have to be sexualy transmited? therefore she has been cheating on me :S

Genital warts is caused by HPV (Human Papillomavirus). There are over 120 different kinds of HPV, but the kinds of HPV that cause genital warts are sexually transmitted.
It's very possible she got the virus (HPV) from you. It's estimated 75 - 80% of the world will have HPV at some point in their life and about 80% of those infected are unaware they have the virus. Since there is no test for men to detect HPV, it's basically impossible for men to know if they have the virus or not. Most men find out they have the virus from either developing warts themselves, or from finding out their girlfriend or wife has been diagnosed with HPV (from the boyfriend or husband).
It's also possible that she had the virus long before she started dating you. I have had HPV for 6+ years and I didn't develop genital warts from it till about a year and a half ago. If it wasn't for the cervical cancer I developed when I was first diagnosed, I would have never knew I had the virus until I developed the warts. Many people have the virus and are just unaware of it until they develop symptoms (if they ever develop them).
And last, it's possible that she did cheat on you.
Either way, HPV is VERY common, and for the most part it's pretty harmless. Most people can get rid of the virus on their own. Their bodies can basically "fight it off". For others, they will have it the rest of their life because there is NO cure for HPV. The virus can cause warts, including genital warts, and it can also cause cancer (the most common is cervical cancer). Good luck!
