I need to know do I have a std or is it stress?
for the last 2 1/2 weeks I 've been feeling funny, swellon gland with no pain,or fever my eyes feel heavy,I went to the doctors and they said post nasal drip and gave me meds,but only 2 days ago I found 1 white spot on my throat,and my throat still does not hurt and I also dont have votimg,and nause,and the secound time i went to the doctor he said he seen swellon gland worst then mine,and the where not bad or red,and I can say that they dont hurt and that they are not red,my friends say that Im stressed out and need to clam down plese help

It sounds like you've been to the doctor a lot about this. If they aren't concerned about an STI, I'd say it's unlikely that these symptoms are due to one.
If you're really concerned, ask them explicitly next time if they think it is an STI. Ask them to test you.
Alternatively, you may want to look up hypochondria in the dictionary. ;-)
