Does anyone have a good any idea how to cure acid reflux?!

Does anyone have a good any idea how to cure acid reflux?

i cant eat veggies, beans, hot dogs, some citrus fruits ect. im tired of taking a pill (nexium) before i eat these foods is there any home remedys or store bought products to cure this?
