Question:

I am a 33 year old female with recent problems that have got get questioning my sanity.?

First off I just had a hysterectomy 3 months ago, My recovery was fair. I started with muscle cramps in the legs around the calf area these mucsle cramps were so intense that they were of the verge of "charlie horses" I consulted a nurse and she told me it was electrolytes so I went home drank 3 20 ounce bottles of gatorade and over night my cramping was minimized. I now have dizzyness and this may sound werid but sometimes when I am speaking my eyeballs fell like they are coming out of my sockets or like my head will explode. I have had a blood pressure check up and all went well. I now have weakness in my left ankle which feels like it just lockes up. I also have had some sort of stomach flu for the last weak that just comes and gos. If this sounds familier to anyone please let me know what you discovered.

Hey there! I am a 31 yo woman who is three months post op too! There are so many questions to ask you...are you on hormones? I have tried to wean myself from my hormones only to find myself with severe headaches just as you describe, right behind my eyeballs...I also feel sick off and on...so you are not going crazy. Here are some things I learned. I can not by any means restrict my calories yet, I need to eat healthy meals and snacks every day to feel my best. I also do not exercise yet, tried once, but I think the lack of testosterone caused me to be in pain for like 6 days afterwards. You need to be taking a daily vitamin and eating potassium rich foods...I think the cramps may be from that...I get them in my butt! HA!
