What can I do to have a clear face?

Well i am a teen.....and most teens get pimples.....ok and some how i dont want them in my face so sometimes i pinch them..........and i want to know if there is something that i can do to maybe just keep my face clear but i dont want to wait alot of money....with the proactive and all that other stuff......so any great tips?

What about black heads...i hate those......do these tips go for black heads too?


I also want to know.....How to i make the pores on my nose look less visible.....

ask your doctor for the pill
it levels out your hormones, evens out your periods and is also a form of contraception
and greatly improves acne

also take vitamin A vitamins
it kills the bacteria that causes it

otherwise
don't eat greasy fatty or sugary foods which, IS FREE!
it causes outbreaks and makes your skin greasy as hell

BLACKHEADS are little suckers, but the pill and vitamin A supplements will combat them as well... zinc is also supposed to be a good supplement for ridding acne
