Does anyone know what this red patch is?

this is as big as a penny piece but has tiny looking blisters in the middle. it is on my belly and does not itch or no soreness

Is it dry and perfectly round? Sounds like it could be discoidal excema... get some hydrocortisone ointment from the chemist.
