Every now and again this happens..?
When i sit down my legs can shake uncontrollably and no matter how much pressure to try and stop them they wont, me and a friend attempted to stop them but it was useless.
One time i stood up and my whole body was shaking due to my one leg that would not stop.
Secondly my hands cramp up on occasion, and i cant do anything untill they stop, Ive started a job as a waitress and my hands cramp up everytime I pick up a plate and have to wait untill they uncramp to continue my work.
I was thinking about going to the doctors but I dont like him, and he is rubbish. Simply, everytime I have earache [Im prone to these] he tells me that I am faking when I am clearly not.
So i dont want to make the journey for him to say that im faking.
What do you think it is?
What should I do?

this can happen to your leg I think it is a nerve if you stand on your toes when you ARE still sitting it happens then why the rest of you shake i dont know .If your not happy with your gp then go somewhere else if you are a young person have a grown up go with you .
