Blood after watery stool?!

Blood after watery stool?

I recently went to the doctor and he said I had a definite external hemorrhoid, and possibly and internal one. Before the doctor visit I rarely bled, but recentrly I became constipated about 2 weeks ago and it made my hemorrhoid bigger and thats why i went to the doctors. He had given me a cream and supository's. After the visit I bled a few times I guess as the hemorrhoid dramatically decreased in size. But today I had a watery stool passing, then after I was done came the blood. When I whiped myself, there was no blood on the toilet paper. Could that be an interal hemorrhoid? Should I keep buying supository's? What should I do? I've improved since I saw him meaning I bled only 2 times after I saw him, and its been about a week with normal bowels with no blood, until today. So should I keep buying supositories?

Also the blood was bright red not dark or anything. Really before my hemorrhoid got bigger I really never bled. Just these past 2 weeks really. And like I said today the blood came after my stool not during, after, with no blood on the toilet paper.

Also, I went basically a whole week with no blood whatsoever. Just happened today.

It probably is due to the internal haemorrhoid, but you need to get it checked out by your doctor to be sure.
