I have a scab like tissue on the corner of my eyelids by my nose. What can it be!

I have a scab like tissue on the corner of my eyelids by my nose. What can it be?

Okay, this is the story. I woke up one day with pink eye on my left eye. and a week or less prior of my pink eye, i had a fever. so i think it was either a bacteria infection or a viral. not really sure, but yellow pus was building by the corner of my eyes oftenly and i woke up with my eyes glued together with that eye crust. (my second eye got infected a day later)

So i was treating my pink eye with Visine, day after day until it disapeared. The same day it was disapearing, i had this burning sensation on the corner of my left eye and i kept rubbing it. The next day, no pink eye, but i had a lesion of my skin in the corner of my eye about a centimeter in length and a millimeter in width, that looked more like a raised (ever so slightly that you can tell a difference 9 inches away from my face) burning skin lesion. it wasn't burning alot afterwards. The day after this, the lesion turned into a scabbish kind of look. It wasn't burning anymore and it wasn't raised anymore.

I kept applying creams like vaseline on it. The scab eventually fell off but not all of it. Most of the scab regrew the next day. Now, i have been looking on the webs, and im scared shitless because i see pictures of skin cancers like basal cell carcinoma and skin infections, and i have no clue what it can be. Now im starting to doubt its basal cell carcinoma because i am ONLY 15 YEARS OLD, i hardly go outside only on saturdays to walk to the bus to go to the mall or walking from school. And i occasionly play soccer with my buddies at my school outside on a field.

Things to keep in mind before entering ur suggestion/answer:

- i have eczema, a skin disease, but its pretty much dormant now. last time i had it was like 2 months ago on my neck.
-my mom saids i should go to the doctor because she thinks its a fever blister (cold sore) I dont think so.
-I am a hypochondriac.

Now, please give me your honest opinion on what it can be. Thank you. ALOT

-what do u think it might be? (dont tell me to go to the doctor/dermatologist plz)
-do u think it is basal cell carcinoma? (reading my excerpt on top of this one about my social life)

IM NOT PUTTING ANYTHING IN MY EYE! MY PINK EYE DOES NOT IRRITATE ME BECAUSE I THINK ITS GONE! I PUT OTC CREAMS BY THE SKIN (S K I N) BY MY EYE BECAUSE THERE IS A FREAKIN SCAB! !1!!!!!!

thank you Pi, i respect ur advice. ill stop putting creams on it now, and i will get antibiotics from the doc to clear my pink eye. but what in your opinion, do u think it might be, the scab that is.

First of all, pink eye is NOT treatable by Visine. You need antibiotic eye drops.

I bet that your eye is irritated by the infection (it's not gone) AND all the junk you're putting in it.

My advice is to stop putting over-the-counter stuff in, head to the doctor, and get the right medicine. You're doing serious damage to your eye.

Edit: The infection is NOT gone if you haven't treated it with antibiotics. You do NOT have cancer. In life, it's usually the most simple explanation, and I'm 99.999999999% sure it's nothing serious. But just GO TO THE DOCTOR to be sure. If you refuse to go, JUST LEAVE THE SKIN ALONE AND QUIT PUTTING CRAP ON IT!!! You're making it worse!
