Question: Please don't tell me to go to the doctor i went on 3/1/11 to see if i have diabetes why do i crave sugar?
does it sound like i am a diabetic
Increased thirst
# Increased hunger (especially after eating)
# Dry mouth
# Frequent urination or urine infections
# Unexplained weight loss (even though you are eating and feel hungry)
# Fatigue (weak, tired feeling)
# Blurred vision
# Headaches
i have all of these signs and i am 22 year old please no rude answers i just want people's option's i got tested for diabetes on 3/1/11an told my Doctor these signs i get the test results on 3/2/11 but have not gotten my test results yet not sure why i am having all these signs even my mom is noticing that i eat a lot more my doctor id the 3 month blood work on me where they check my sugar for the last 3 months go back on 9/6/11 for a check up , i have been eating a lot of sugary food and i cant stop eating sugary food why is this, my doctor got the test results back on 3/3/11 but has not reviewed them yet so i don't think i get my test results until tomorrow or Monday why i am i craving sugar please need a lot of answers i can't stop drinking caffeine

Answers:

You probably have type 1 diabetes. You are young, thats when type 1 usually strikes. Those are pretty much the same exact symptoms for diabetes. Until you know for sure, lay off of the sugar. Drink water and eat low carb foods such as meat, cheese and veges. Carbs will only make your blood sugar higher and that isnt what you want. If you really are worried and have health insurance just check into the ER tonight. It may be for the best. I came down with it when i was 11 and almost died
