Question: What does excessive thirst frequent urination and waking up hungery all the time mean? ?

I am constantly thirty I wake up in the middle of the night thirsty. Followed by going to the bathroom then being thirsty again. Then once when I wake up in the morning for work I'm starving and so I would eat. Then a few hours later I'm so tired I can't. Think. I also get crazy painful headaches non stop. Could this mean I'm diabetic?
