Do most people die from a cancerous cyst ?!

Question: Do most people die from a cancerous cyst ?
Do most people die from it?

Answers:

It really depends on where the cyst is located but if it is just a cyst and not a metastasized tumor mass then--no. These cysts are often treated and removed for a successful outcome.

I have never heard of a stomach cancer arising from a cyst. This is how most stomach cancers start:

Stomach cancer usually begins in cells in the inner layer of the stomach. Over time, the cancer may invade more deeply into the stomach wall. A stomach tumor can grow through the stomach's outer layer into nearby organs, such as the liver, pancreas, esophagus, or intestine. (MedicineNet)

Cancers are described by the types of cells from which they arise. Over 90% of gastric cancers arise from the lining of the stomach. Since this lining has glands, the cancer that comes from it is called adenocarcinoma. Although there are other cancers that can arise in the stomach (lymphomas-from lymph tissue, leiomyosarcoma-from muscle tissue, squamous cell carcinoma-from lining without glands), the vast majority are adenocarcinomas. Hence, these are the most commonly studied. (OncoLink).

Many stomach cancers are discovered too late for cure because they all already spread beyond the stomach. It they have not, surgical cure is possible.

It is not apt to say firmly.
It depends on many factors, organ of origin, grade and stage of tumor, type of the therapy and distant metastases.
Your treating DOC can only give you true info.
