I got a cold sore, and now I'm getting small white bumps on my lips... what!


Question: I got a cold sore, and now I'm getting small white bumps on my lips... what are they?
About 3 small white bumps have appeared ON my upper lip, and it doesn't hurt or anything, it just feels and looks unpleasant. ... What are the white bumps? ..

Also,
What can I do to treat my cold sore and these white bumps ? :(

I had these too. I'm not sure what they are but put some white toothpaste on them tonight and then get some Carmex an put it on like almost constantly and keep doing it. The toothpaste dries them out
