a frequent probablm, will it end?!

Question: A frequent probablm, will it end?
occasionally i get blocked ears usually by ear wax. if you want to see how i suffer from it look on my list of questions related on this topic. i thing its usually ear wax and i get mortified when this occurs, it only naturally blocks on rare occasions its usually the result of a ear bud/q tip/cotton bud/swab cleaning my ear like it possibly pushes wax in the ear but still takes chunks out of my ear. tonight it luckily didnt but it feels quiet sticky. is it normal to get wax chunks in the canal? does anyone else get this problem? am i alone?is it normal for swabs to push wax in/block the ear?do wax blockages right themselfs?its like the wax chunk is removed and my ear is clean(but actually blocked), my ear blockage problems are minor but i react to it in a sensitive way, panic and displey symtoms of stress to the point i have a panic attack!!!! im sensitive to hearing loss plase HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answers:

About 10% of patients produce enough excess wax to cause a problem. NEVER EVER EVER put anything in your ear, specifically not a cotton but. Use almond oil or over the counter wax solvents, if this is not enough arrange a wash out at your practice.

GP for more years than I care to remember

You can get your ears waxed properly from the doctors or do it yourself by putting a couple of drops of vegetable oil in your ear each day which will soften the wax and unblock your ears

you can get sprays to unblock ears. doctors can syringe your ears with warm water, which will also help.
