What are the symptoms of a sinus infection and is it possible to have an allergi!
Question: What are the symptoms of a sinus infection and is it possible to have an allergic reaction that you don't feel?
SO, to clarify..
1.) What are symptoms of a sinus infection?
2.) Can you have a relatively unnoticeable allergy that causes Post Nasal Drip?
Answers:
You are contradicting yourself. You say you don't have yellow or green pus or colored mucus, then you say you may have a sinus infection, lol, lol..if you have a sinus infection, then you will have green or yellow mucus discharge from either your nose or your throat.
You could have an allergy to something. Have you done anything different lately? Ate any quite different or brought something into the house that was not there before? Have you visited someone with a dog or cat?
Do you smoke? Have you been told you have a deviated septum?
You could have a slight upper respiratory infection that may be viral.
If it continues for any length of time, you may have to have allergy testing done to find out the cause, if it is from an allergen to begin with.
Most of the time post nasal drip will clear up when warm weather sets in if not caused by an allergen. YOu can also check on taking over the counter decongestants and/or antihistamines, also if becomes very annoying, "Go to the Doctor", there I said it..
