if its a chronic thing, id suggest asking your doctor for phenergan. it works miracles on tummy problems. if its a just right now thing, id go to whatever store is open right now that sells medicine (walmart) and buy a heartburn mediciation that has an ingredient called cimetidine, and some some bonine, or a medicine with an ingredient called meclizine. im telling you the names of the ingredients so you can try to save money. heartburn can cause an upset stomach even if you dont feel like you have it, or it could just be a regular ole tummy ache. you can take both medicines together without any interactions, and youll feel better in about half an hour. trust me, tummy problems run rampant in my family and weve all grown pretty medical savvy. hope you feel better. and if you cant get medicine, you can always try eating some crackers, and taking a nap.
It truly depends on the issue. . but If you have a Health food store in your area, purchase a bottle of 'kombucha tea'.. . it does great for stomach issues. .Kombucha is basically fermented tea. .and I drank this when I had a stomach issue. ..and it was amazing how it worked.
The reality is that GOD has everything that we need for the body in the earth and for all other needs, we need HIM which is where prayer comes in.
