I have a question about genital herpes. I know you have to be sexually active to!

Question: I have a question about genital herpes. I know you have to be sexually active to have this.. but i'm worried.?
I am a female, and i've recently noticed a small bump "down there". I thought it was a pimple and tried to squeeze it, and a clear liquid came out, and it does kind of hurt now that i've messed with it. (I've heard this can be a sign of herpes) BUT I have never been sexually active in any way. Please help, thank you!

Answers:

Well, it's not herpes if you aren't sexually active in any way at all. Best to see a doctor. It might have been a quite natural prominence like a hair follicle which you have fiddled with and made sore and perhaps even infected yourself with dirty fingernails etc. Leave it completely alone for a while and see if it goes down. If it doesn't, go to the doctor. I suspect that you've just inflamed it yourself and leaving it alone will let it go back to normal.

research Sebacious prominence, thats probably all it is, nothing to be worried about if thats the case :D
