I had the same problem you have when I was you age. I talked to my endocrinologist,he took some tests and he found out that the problem I had was not from the outside, but from the inside and it was called Excess Male Hormone( our body produces both male and female hormones, but when the balance is ruined you get acne all over you face and body).
My answer for you problem is...go see a and endocrinologist and he will help you according to the test results you get.
Mine gave me anti conception pills(because they have a small amount of progesterone in them-he decide the amount I needed based on my blood test results) and EUTIROX(which a local medicine used in the treatment of the thyroid gland).

Result= no more zits sine 13 years ago :)

Pan Oxyl Wash - 5% Benzoyl Peroxide.
I've used it for a month now, and I barely have any pimples using it. It's
quite expensive, $30 but totally worth getting though!

Benzoyl Peroxide is the best ingredient getting rid of acne. As told by Dr. Oz (seen that show?)

When I was your age, soap and water worked best for me. Simply keeping your face clean and oil free. Try washing your face many times a day. Try picking up those Neutrogena soap bars. They work well and are fairly inexpensive. There is even one for acne-prone skin.
