Ive got lumps inside my vagina? like right inside? scared!?!

Question: Ive got lumps inside my vagina? like right inside? scared!?
Yesterday I had sex with a new person, id only ever had sex with one other person before him.
And ever since ive been quite sore (we did it rough and the new guy is bigger than my ex) but ive noticed an uncomfortable feeling when i sit down, so I got a mirror and looked, and right inside my vagina is a couple of lumps, clumped together and quite big.
I dont know what it might be! ive read it could be a bartholins cyst..but does this sound like an STI? I think im going to get myself tested anyway, but what does this sound like to you?

Kinda worried, I really like his guy. x

If the discomfort only appeared after you had sex, and it was rough sex, then it could just be some bruising and inflammation from the friction. If the lumps had been there for a while, chances are you would have noticed them when you were masturbating, especially if you use a vibrator. It's possible, if you hadn't had any sexual activity at all for some time, that they are vaginal polyps (similar to cysts I think) which had developed in the meantime and just got aggravated by the penetration. As far as I know polyps are not infectious and can be removed. If it was an STI it's unlikely the symptoms would have shown so quickly after you had sex. But, yes, go to a clinic and get them checked out.

Don't get alarmed (CF. Dillon's comment above). There are many reasons you might get white discharge on your finger (AIDS is VERY unlikely). NSU, which is quite common and is not serious, would be a common cause. Also a white discharge could just be your own natural discharge (but then you'd probably know that already!)

Personal experience.

Im not a doctor - but when you have lumps in your vagina - it usually means you have an STD - As this may sound gross - Stick your finger in your... vagina.... And.... dig around.... Pull it out and if there is anything white on your finger then you could have aids... I'd go to a gynecologist.

I dont know if it has to do with the guy but i would go to the doctor asap.
